How does a session look?

  1. Introductory Meeting (Free)
    A 30–60-minute session—ideally in person—to discuss your goals, learn each other’s styles, and ensure a good fit. Online calls are available if an in-person meeting isn’t feasible.

  2. Core Coaching Package (5–6 Sessions)
    We recommend at least 5–6 sessions to foster meaningful progress and ensure we have enough time to explore, plan, and implement strategies for lasting growth.

  3. Ongoing Support
    If you want to continue deeper or maintain progress, we offer extended packages for long-term transformation and accountability.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you’re motivated to set new goals, shift unhelpful patterns, or simply need guidance for your next phase in life, coaching can provide the clarity and support you need.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

 Not exactly. Coaching is future-focused, helping you set and reach goals. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need medical or therapeutic support, we recommend consulting licensed professionals.

Is the first meeting really free?

 Absolutely. We want you to feel comfortable with our style and approach before committing to a coaching package.

How long does a coaching engagement last?

We suggest at least 5–6 sessions to see tangible results, but every individual’s journey is unique. Longer-term packages are available if you’d like ongoing support.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. While we prefer an in-person introductory meeting when possible, we’re fully equipped to guide you via video calls if distance or scheduling is an issue.
